1 Definitions and Scope

The following terms used in this Agreement carry specific meanings:

Key Terminology

• "77be" or "Platform" refers to the 77be.lat website, all its sub-domains, applications and related services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the 77be platform.
• "Account" refers to the Member's registered profile along with the balance and information associated with it.
• "Gaming Funds" refers to the money deposited in the Member's account and available for playing games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, free spins or other benefits provided by 77be.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the 77be platform, Members must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Age and Legal Eligibility

• The Member must be at least 21 years of age.
• The Member must be a legally capable individual with the right to enter into binding agreements on their own behalf.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If we have evidence that a Member has provided false information about their age, their account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

When creating an account on 77be, Members must provide accurate and complete information.

Registration Process

During registration you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, contact address and information about your preferred payment method. This information must be truthful and kept up to date.

Account Security

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited, and 77be is not responsible for any loss resulting from this.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the support team immediately.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request identity documents, proof of address and payment verification documents.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the 77be platform.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from an account registered in the Member's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• It is preferred to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77be offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to claiming these offers.

Welcome Bonus

New Members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If misuse of a bonus offer is suspected, 77be reserves the right to cancel the bonus and verify the account.
• Eligibility for a bonus is determined solely at 77be's discretion.

VIP Program

The 77be VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Reaching a higher tier depends on your gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

Members must follow the rules below when playing games on the 77be platform.

General Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are controlled by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by an independent third party.
• If a technical error occurs in a game result, the affected round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• The Member is responsible for any internet disconnection during a game — there is no obligation to refund the bet in such cases.
• Placing a bet will not be possible if the account does not have a sufficient balance.

Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the game interface. Special betting limits may apply when using a bonus balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77be platform, and violation will result in account closure.

• Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots or other technology to gain an artificial gaming advantage.
• Following strategic betting methods intended to circumvent bonus offer terms (bonus busting).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Colluding or collaborating fraudulently with other Members.
• Threatening or harassing any 77be platform staff or support representative.

8 Privacy and Security

77be places the highest importance on protecting Members' personal information.

Data Protection

• All personal and financial information of members is protected with SSL encryption technology.
• We never sell or rent members' personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities in cases of legal obligation or government directive.

9 Responsible Gaming

77be believes in responsible gaming. We provide various tools to help members manage their gaming habits.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

77be may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Suspension & Closure

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If false information was provided at the time of registration or identity fraud is proven.
• In accordance with directives from legal authorities.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon the member's own request for self-exclusion or permanent closure.

Member Rights

In the event of an account suspension or closure, the member will be informed of the reason (unless there is a legal obligation not to do so). The valid balance of an account closed without a policy violation will be returned, subject to prior verification conditions being met.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77be bears no responsibility for the following:

• Loss of benefits to a member due to internet disconnection, server downtime, or other technical issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third parties (game providers, payment processors, etc.).
• Any loss resulting from a member's negligence or misuse of login credentials.
• Financial, psychological, or other harm arising directly or indirectly from gaming.

The 77be gaming platform is operated entirely for entertainment purposes. Gaming should not be used as a source of income, and 77be does not encourage its use for that purpose in any way.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

77be reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time.

Notice of Changes

• Members will be notified by email or on the platform in the case of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
